Energy boosting smoothies

Feel Good Kiwi and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi, peeled

  • 1 Avocado, flesh only

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds

  • 25g Spinach

  • 200ml Almond Milk

  • 2-3 Ice Cubes

 

Method

Place all the ingredients in high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

Italian Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 50g seedless Grapes

  • 1 Pear

  • 1 slice of Cantaloupe Melon 1 Lemon

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey

  • 50ml Water

  • few Ice Cubes

 

Method

Skin cantaloupe melon & remove seeds. Roughly chop. Peel, core & chop pear. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
