Overnight Protein Oats




Ingredients

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

50g rolled porridge oats

1 scoop vegan protein powder

50g mixed

100ml non dairy milk (oat, almond, soya)

tsp maple syrup

50g blueberries


Method

The night before serving, stir the oats, cinnamon and protein powder into your milk .

Refrigerate overnight

The next day add fresh fruit or berries and top with milled flaxseed(optional)
