So many good things about these burritos, firstly they are so versatile they can actually be made for any meal of the day but i've added them to lunches purely because that's when we will probably enjoy them the most.
Secondly they can be pre made and stored in the fridge or freezer too which is great as they have quite a few ingredients in them so save time and make a batch.
Thirdly you can get imaginative with the fillings and add anything.
